Returns & Cancellations

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 3 business days of receipt.
• Items returned unopened in original packaging may be exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit less a 25% restocking fee.
• Products must be returned within 3 business days of RMA issuance.
• A 15% open-box fee applies to opened sealed products, totaling a 40% fee.

Non-Returnable Items

• Special orders or custom-configured products.
• Used, installed, or ‘as-is’ items.
• Firearms once transferred to the buyer.
• Illumination devices, optics, electronics, and night vision.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
• Use a trackable and insured carrier. USPS tracking is limited.

Used Firearms

• All used firearm sales are final. Descriptions are accurate and honest.
• Machine guns are considered used unless otherwise stated.

General Firearm Sales

• All sales comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Buyers must verify legality in their jurisdiction.
• Age requirements: 18 for long guns, 21 for handguns.

Order Fulfillment

• Orders ship within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
